Larimar: Mending and Strengthening Energetic Pathways

Welcome back dear Listener.

I've been noticing a trend lately, and I'm wondering if it has caught your attention too. I'm noticing how often I feel at a loss for words when I'm describing to you the work I'm doing with the plants and the crystals. You may be able to tell that I am not usually someone who has trouble finding my words.

So this is interesting. I have several theories, but I'm curious, do you ever experience a similar situation? It's almost like when you're learning a new language and there's that space and time when you feel like you can't fully grasp the new language, but you're so steeped in all of it that your first language gets hard and there just aren't words.

This typically signals a breakthrough, so at least I have something to look forward to, maybe in the last episode, we discussed Mugwort and I shared that Larimar has energy to share with us as well. I created a gemstone essence on the full moon in Leo and I'm in love. I have the essence bottled and ready for you on the Resource Apothecary website, and I'm excited to share the message Larimar offered when I tuned in.

Okay, so remember I've been working with Larimar and Mugwort together for about a month, maybe longer. The focus has been on the space between the root chakra and the sacral chakra. Mugwort's affinity for the female reproductive system and its ability to kind of guide us into the dream realm have been the focus of my work.

From the beginning the moon, her cycles and how they correlate to the female cycle have been top of mind. I feel like it's important to note that before this I was not tuned into these cycles in a meaningful way. I was aware, yes and in awe, sure, but not actively working with that energy. In fact, I've avoided doing meditations or leading any kind of group work or workshops on new and full moons for as long as I can remember.

All this to say, the notion that I needed to really tune into the moon's energy and her cycles was a bit of a departure from my norm. Once I did tune in and start paying attention while also working with mugwort. I experienced some significant shifts. I know we talked about this in the last episode, so I won't go into too much detail about those shifts here.

What I do want to mention though is that when those shifts started to kind of carry me away and made me feel like I was losing my energetic footing, so to speak, Larimar came in. I first came into contact with Lamar in 2019 and have been enamored with it since, but I haven't really stopped to tune in and understand this stone's energy or message until lately.

It is a beautiful aqua color that, to me, carries the energy of the ocean.

Here is the message I received when I tuned in and asked if Larimar would like to share a message with me.





And Lamar says I break up stagnant energy, yes. But I also create or mend energetic pathways for flow enhancement. You've felt me strengthen the gateway between root and sacral, helping you to use that grounding energy as fuel for the creative process. You've also felt the throat center connect more clearly to the sacral and root, the ajna to the sacral.

These connections are like neural pathways. They need support and maintenance. For you, grounding has been big but even bigger has been making sure that energy can flow out into the other centers. That safety, that sure footedness, that grounded connection to the earth, can be shared with the other centers and can fuel their processes.

You tend to come ungrounded very quickly when you focus your energy on the sacral. That may be because these pathways have been closed. Now with my help, you don't have to limit yourself to the energy of one area at a time. You can maintain a strong, balanced root while flowing into the creative sacral energy.

Maintaining your connection to the earth, you can safely and fully succumb to the waves of the sacral. You know you're safe. You know you're tethered, so you can enjoy the movement of the sacral waters without worry or fear. There are other pathways being strengthened, but for now, enjoy this freedom, this supported creativity. See what comes through. Call on me when you want support in repairing and strengthening your energetic pathways, especially between chakras, but also beyond that.

I am going to move energy. It's not a gentle process on its own. If you need gentle, I'm happy to join forces with soothing herbs and minerals as long as they support my work. Like waves that can crash against the shore forcefully or lap gently at the sand. The moon's pull and your need will dictate how much force I show up with.

It is all with love and with the intention of breaking down stagnation to strengthen flow. I am creating, and sometimes the creative process begins with destruction.

Sometimes the creative process begins with destruction. I know that's right. We've all experienced that. Haven't we?

Seems like it was a topic of conversation here in the past few months. What needs to crumble in order for aligned creation to occur? What systems, habits, cycles can we let go of in order to make space for what will actually serve us and our goals? Your answer to these questions will be different than mine . I don't pretend to know my answers yet, but I do know that Larimar is ready to help us out.

In my experience, Larimar is happy to move the energy and strengthen the pathways so that tuning into more aligned cycles and habits is that much easier.

Okay, so why a gemstone essence, Jessica?

Because bras are for boobs.

Look, I love to wear gemstones and carry my rocks and crystals with me, but sometimes that is not practical. No judgment. If you like to wear your crystals in your bra . I like to work with unpolished stones though, and I just don't love having them shoved into my bra or really even in my pockets for too long.

And sometimes we might just need a little more help tuning into the essence of a stone. Really connecting in. Just like with flower essences, gemstone, essences are a way to capture and enhance the energy of a stone. I find this extremely helpful when I'm needing to go about my day, but also wanting to connect in with the energy of a stone.

For instance, Monday I had a meeting and was able to put a dropper full of the Larimar Essence into my coffee mug before heading out the door. I felt the energy of Larimar all morning, even though my stones were safely at home.

The essence is also easy to combine with other forms of medicine when wanting to create a synergistic effect by bringing in other plants and stones. It can be mixed with others to create a unique remedy, or it can be taken on its own.

By now, you know that I like to ingest my remedies or apply them to my skin. This essence fits really nicely into my already established routines and practices. It also does an excellent job of magnifying the energy of my stones when I am in meditation with them. So what do you think? Is Larimar calling to you?
