Ingredients: Organic Lemon Balm, Orange Peel, Spearmint leaf, Basil leaf, Orange essential oil*, Lemon essential oil*, Spearmint essential oil

Directions: Steep 2 teaspoons of loose tea in 1 cup of water for 6-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy. This blend is tasty hot or cold!
