These bowls are tuned to balance the chakras offering deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
The sounds of the bowls along with the energy of the experience will help you shift out of the stress response a create space within yourself for peace.
Participants are encouraged to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while in meditation.
